Join Veracity by RGPβ„’, a next-generation consulting firm, as a UX/UI Designer to create clean, intuitive digital interfaces. You will design user interfaces, create wireframes and prototypes using Figma, develop design systems, and collaborate with developers. The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of experience in designing responsive web and mobile interfaces, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Figma. A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience designing responsive web and mobile interfaces
  • Strong portfolio showcasing visual design skills, UI layout, and component-based design
  • Proficient in Figma (or equivalent tools like Adobe XD or Sketch); familiarity with design systems
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Comfortable creating pixel-perfect mockups, clickable prototypes, and developer-ready handoffs
  • Strong attention to typography, spacing, hierarchy, and visual consistency
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present design rationale clearly
  • A collaborative mindset with a willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Responsibilities

  • Design clean, high-impact user interfaces that align with business goals and user expectations
  • Create user flows, wireframes, visual mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma
  • Develop and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, and style guides
  • Translate complex requirements into elegant visual solutions across web and mobile platforms
  • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure design accuracy through handoff and QA
  • Design UI components such as buttons, forms, cards, navigation patterns, and interactive elements
  • Apply responsive design principles to ensure consistency across devices and screen sizes
  • Incorporate motion design, micro-interactions, and visual transitions when appropriate
  • Conduct basic visual QA and cross-browser/device checks to ensure visual implementation
  • Work alongside product and engineering teams to iterate quickly and bring designs to life

Preferred Qualifications

Basic understanding of front-end development principles (HTML/CSS familiarity is a plus)
