Summary

Join SentinelOne as an Investor Relations Manager and help shape our investment narrative for the global investor community. Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional partners to communicate SentinelOne’s performance, strategy, and vision to institutional investors and equity analysts. You will play a key role in the IR program, including earnings preparation, analyst days, and investor conferences. Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and analysts, ensuring strategic alignment across teams. Maintain and improve IR tools and resources, and assist in proactive investor engagement strategies. This high-impact role requires strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex information.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in investor relations, equity research, or buy-side investing—ideally in the technology sector
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software and SaaS business models; cybersecurity experience is a major plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a technical discipline
  • Strong financial modeling and knowledge of valuation methods, macroeconomics, capital market trends, competitor activities, and industry dynamics
  • Outstanding communication and storytelling skills – written and verbal – to create compelling investor communications, presentations, and responses
  • Strong ability to simplify complex subject matter and communicate it clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic, high energy, and eagerness to learn
  • Possess a high level of integrity and sensitivity to confidential information
  • Willingness to travel several weeks throughout the year

Responsibilities

  • Help in all aspects of the investor relations function and evolve into a trusted company spokesperson
  • Develop investor-facing messaging and communication materials around earnings, SEC reporting, strategy, M&A, and other key events
  • Support execution of quarterly earnings process and prepare quarterly earnings release, script, Q&A, investor presentation, and other supporting documents
  • Help manage all investor relations events: earnings calls, conferences, roadshows, bus tours, annual shareholder meetings, etc
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors and sell-side analysts
  • Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Legal, Engineering, and Sales teams to ensure strategic alignment and consistency
  • Build and maintain external consensus models, valuation analysis, peer benchmarks, and support internal ad hoc projects
  • Maintain and continuously improve IR tools and resources, including the website, databases, calendars, and CRM systems
  • Assist in proactive investor engagement strategies including targeting, non-deal roadshows, and conference participation
  • Serve as a thought partner to the Head of IR on all facets of investor relations and evolving best practices

Preferred Qualifications

MBA or CFA is a plus
