Requirements
- Veeva Vault Certified Administrator credential (required)
- 5+ years of experience in a Veeva Vault Administrator role including Clinical Vault
- At least 1 year of hands-on Veeva Vault configuration experience
- Knowledge of FDA regulations and GCP/ICH guidelines for clinical trials
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong project management skills and stakeholder communication abilities
Responsibilities
- Lead the Way: Take ownership of our Veeva Vault ecosystem, ensuring optimal configuration, administration, maintenance and performance across the organization
- Drive Innovation: Provide strategic input to enhance efficiency, scalability, and system performance
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain system integrity within strict regulatory frameworks including 21 CFR Part 11 and GxP standards
- Manage Release Cycles: Spearhead implementation and testing of annual Veeva Vault releases
- Oversee Integration: Support vault-to-vault sponsor integrations and ensure seamless data flow across systems
- Champion User Experience: Lead training initiatives and continuously improve configurations based on user feedback
- Deliver Business Solutions: Implement Veeva applications in regulated environments, collaborating with senior stakeholders on project scope, timelines, and requirements while ensuring comprehensive system validation and documentation
- Optimize System Performance: Maintain dashboards and reports, manage user access, and evaluate system usage to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiencies
