Summary
Join fme Global Life Sciences as a Technical Consultant and contribute to the success of client implementation and migration projects. You will collaborate with project managers and technical leads, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and meet objectives. Leveraging your knowledge of content management platforms (like Veeva Vault, OpenText Documentum, or Generis CARA), you will implement, migrate, test, and document ECM solutions. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment. Requirements
- Possess basic technical knowledge of at least one of the leading content management platforms
- Be a technical consultant for implementing, migrating, unit testing and documenting ECM solutions for a wide range of clients based on provided user requirements
- Have good verbal and written communication skills
- Have the ability to converse with people from all levels within a global organization
- Have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Have basic (2+ years) knowledge of at least one Life Sciences Content Management System such as Veeva Vault, OpenText Documentum and/or Generis CARA, including but not limited to administration, configuration, customization
- Have proficient consultative skills
- Have strong problem-solving abilities
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Have the ability to follow detailed instructions, multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Have superior time management skills
- Have a self-motivated and results-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving targets and driving client satisfaction
- Have experience collaborating in global project settings
Responsibilities
- Work on the implementation and migration of technical solutions and applications that fulfill the clientβs needs
- Customize and configure software applications
- Configure migration utilities and create additional supporting scripts to fulfill migration scope
- Execute unit testing as required
- Offer technical support and troubleshooting assistance within the project scope
Preferred Qualifications
- Have experience with content migration processes and API based ETL utilities
- Have database experience including knowledge of Oracle and MS SQL Architecture; ability to write complex SQL statements; application-level DBA experience
- Have 1+ yearsβ experience in the Life Sciences industry or consulting, specifically in the Regulatory, Clinical or Quality area
