Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or onboarding roles
• Experience in vendor management, preferably in the vacation rental industry
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Must be a self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills. If you see it's broken, you fix it
• Good attitude, there is nothing we cannot do :)
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Oversee the sourcing and screening of vendors and local contractors for various tasks related to vacation rental properties
• Assist in the onboarding and training efforts to ensure vendors understand Wander expectations
• Build and maintain the relationship with vendors during their first couple weeks of employment ensuring high-quality services are delivered
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality standards
• Monitor vendor performance and address any issues or concerns that may arise during training period
• Collaborate with both the property management team and project managers to ensure seamless coordination between vendors and property onboarding operations
• Stay updated on best practices related to vendor management in the vacation rental industry
