Requirements
- 5+ years provider network development
- Extensive experience working with large health systems, hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and/or individual physician practices
- Impeccable professionalism, presence, and credibility in front of highly distinguished and experienced health care administrators and clinicians
- Deep knowledge of and experience with provider rate negotiation
- Experience with bundled payments and orthopedics are a plus
- Expertise in all aspects of the sales cycle, including sourcing leads, performing initial outreach, developing relationships, and securing buy-in
- Outstanding communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills; able to engage with all levels of an organization
- Relentless drive to find creative ways to meet your goals
- Service-orientation - you bring a spirit of generosity to your interactions with internal colleagues and external stakeholders, always seeking to go above and beyond
- Experience handling deadlines, keeping many balls in the air, and prioritizing work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Responsibilities
- Implement Carrumβs go-to-market strategy to build the first-of-its-kind regional COE network based on bundled payments
- Work collaboratively with our provider contracting and operations teams to ensure smooth hand-off from deal through execution
- Enjoy problem-solving, creative thinking, executing against ambitious goals, and over-delivering for your internal and external stakeholders
