Requirements
- 8+ years of experience leading alliances or channel organizations in a global enterprise software environment
- Proven expertise in the Quote-to-Cash industry (Billing, Revenue Recognition, or AR Automation)
- Experience in partner development with global system integrators, technology platforms, and payment/tax providers
- Experience exceeding partner revenue goals
- High energy, visionary executive with a strong entrepreneurial background and ability to deliver new initiatives
- Demonstrated success in both individual contributor and leadership roles with high-performing teams
- Strong operational execution, data-driven, and results-oriented
- Adaptable and effective in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Proven success in closing strategic partnerships and transactions
- Experience managing and growing international business across diverse markets
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships with system implementers and technology providers
- Lead and manage the existing Partner Team
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partner strategy
- Build and oversee enablement programs to recruit, educate, and empower new partners while supporting existing ones
- Ensure partners deliver exceptional customer outcomes using certified consultants, tools, and standardized processes
- Cultivate and maintain C-level relationships across key partner organizations
- Collaborate with Sales Directors and partners to generate pipeline and advance opportunities
- Partner with the Professional Services team to recruit and train system integrators and technology partners
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience and relationships at PWC, Deloitte, EY, and Accenture
- Payment experience is a plus
- Willingness to travel as needed

- On-target earnings for this position is $275,000 - $350,000 per year, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. Salary information is provided per state regulations in CA, CO, CT, MD, NV, NY, RI, and WA
