Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience demonstrating the traits outlined in our core values
  • Expertise in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or HCP digital marketing analytics
  • Proven leadership and mentorship skills, with a track record of building and scaling high-performing teams
  • Deep knowledge of Prescription (Rx) and Medical Claims (Dx) data and its commercial applications
  • Ability to translate complex data insights into clear, high-impact recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience in launching and scaling data-driven products, with a strong understanding of go-to-market strategies

Responsibilities

  • Lead the transformation of a team of six Business Analytics Managers into a strategic powerhouse, evolving their expertise in data-driven marketing optimizations
  • Streamline operations through automation, self-service tools, and enhanced cross-functional collaboration
  • Drive innovation by shaping and launching both internal and market-facing data products and services
  • Shape and execute go-to-market strategies for scalable, high-impact data solutions
  • Contribute to strategic commercialization initiatives, such as: Launching a data-driven recommendations portal
  • Contribute to strategic commercialization initiatives, such as: Building advanced HCP targeting solutions
  • Contribute to strategic commercialization initiatives, such as: Establishing campaign performance benchmarks and integrating them into QBRs
  • Contribute to strategic commercialization initiatives, such as: Optimizing campaign configuration and ad delivery to drive revenue growth
  • Support broader team initiatives by driving new projects, refining workflows, and fostering continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in commercial strategy, product marketing, or revenue optimization in a data-driven role
  • Experience in program measurement methodologies such as Test vs. Control and Marketing Mix Modeling
  • Previous exposure to healthcare media, agency, or vendor-side analytics, bringing a broad industry perspective
  • Basic SQL knowledge to independently access data and perform analysis
