Join Huntress as the Vice President of Corporate Marketing, a strategic leadership role responsible for shaping and elevating the company's brand. Lead and inspire a team of 17 professionals across various marketing disciplines. Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and business growth. Define the corporate voice and ensure consistent messaging across all channels. Foster a creative and high-performing team environment. Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrated marketing efforts. Manage the corporate marketing budget and report on program performance and ROI.
Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive experience in corporate marketing, brand management, or communications, with at least 5-7 years in a senior leadership role managing multi-disciplinary teams
- Proven experience leading, developing, and scaling teams of 15+ individuals
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated corporate marketing strategies that drive measurable results
- Strong expertise across PR, creative services, content strategy, social media, and copywriting
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for crafting compelling narratives
- Strong understanding of brand strategy and visual identity development
- Experience managing budgets and measuring marketing ROI
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across all levels of the organization
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making

Responsibilities
- Lead corporate marketing strategy, aligning it with business goals and finding new brand growth opportunities through market analysis
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture while optimizing team structure and processes
- Oversee PR strategies to secure positive media coverage, build thought leadership, manage corporate reputation, and handle crisis communications. Experience leading an organization through major financial events
- Lead our in-house creative team to produce compelling, on-brand visual assets across all channels, championing design excellence
- Drive a holistic content strategy, overseeing the creation of engaging and impactful content tailored to diverse audiences and platforms
- Develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and community growth across all corporate social channels
- Partner closely with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Growth, Sales, and executive leadership to ensure integrated marketing efforts and strategic alignment
- Develop and manage the corporate marketing budget, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reporting and analysis on program performance and ROI
