Summary

Join our team as Vice President of Finance and oversee all financial aspects, leading the finance team and providing strategic financial leadership. You will develop and execute financial strategies, offer insights to the executive team, and manage intercompany accounting and tax compliance. This role also involves risk management, asset and investment management, and overseeing financial operations. You will need to demonstrate expertise in cash flow forecasting and possess strong leadership and mentorship skills. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including managing intercompany accounting and large financial accounts
  • Strong expertise in tax planning, compliance, and financial reporting
  • Demonstrated success in risk management, investment management, and asset optimization
  • Proven ability to manage, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • Strong knowledge of financial systems and tools, with experience in Oracle’s Netsuite

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy to support long-term growth objectives
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the executive team
  • Oversee the management of intercompany transactions and reconciliations across multiple entities
  • Ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations and maintain accurate intercompany accounts
  • Lead tax planning initiatives to optimize the company’s tax position
  • Ensure compliance with local, national, and international tax regulations
  • Manage relationships with external tax advisors and auditors
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks to the company
  • Oversee insurance and risk management programs
  • Manage the company’s investment portfolio and assess opportunities to maximize returns
  • Oversee asset management, ensuring proper valuation, utilization, and reporting
  • Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes
  • Supervise and mentor the finance team to ensure operational excellence
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage accurate cash flow forecasts, ensuring optimal liquidity and alignment with organizational financial strategies

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with IME and Peer Review services and the Workers’ Compensation Commercial and Government markets is a plus
