Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company's brand and marketing strategy in alignment with business goals and objectives
  • Identify and assess new marketing opportunities, market trends, and competitive dynamics
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online engagement and sales
  • Collaborate with the services teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new services
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing matters with internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify and assess new marketing opportunities, market trends, and competitive dynamics
  • Collaborate with the executive team to set strategic priorities and goals for marketing initiatives
  • Oversee the development and management of the company's brand identity and positioning
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints
  • Be the company brand steward internal and external. McFadyen Digital’s offerings continually evolve, and internal and external communications
  • Lead initiatives to enhance brand awareness, reputation, and equity
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online engagement and sales
  • Oversee the management of the company's website, social media presence, and digital advertising campaigns
  • Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and optimize performance
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty
  • Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences
  • Utilize customer insights and market research to inform marketing strategies and decisions
  • Collaborate with the product development team to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and services
  • Oversee the development of product messaging, positioning, and promotional materials
  • Ensure successful product launches and ongoing product marketing efforts
  • Develop and implement public relations strategies to enhance the company's visibility and reputation
  • Oversee the management of media relations, including press releases, media inquiries, and crisis communication
  • Ensure effective communication of the company's mission, vision, and values to external audiences
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
  • Promote collaboration and effective communication within the marketing team and across the organization
  • Identify and address training and development needs within the marketing team
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and media
  • Communicate the company's marketing vision, strategy, and performance to the executive team
