Requirements
- 12+ years of recruiting experience, including significant experience recruiting for Executive level roles across diverse functions
- 6+ years of people leadership experience
- Previous experience in building out the Executive Search function in-house
- Proven track record working within an Executive Search Agency

Responsibilities
- Manage and scale a high-performing team of Executive Talent Acquisition Partners, prioritizing coaching, development, and operational excellence
- Collaborate closely with leaders across all departments—including Client Services, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Technology, and Finance—to understand their unique hiring objectives and create tailored recruiting strategies to meet headcount goals
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for high-impact and leadership roles across the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Work in partnership with Talent Acquisition Operations to enhance hiring dashboards and reporting tools, providing increased visibility into the recruitment funnel and identifying opportunities for process improvement
- Guide the team in refining and scaling processes to support organizational growth while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience
- Stay informed of industry and geographic talent trends, using insights to shape hiring strategies and adapt to the evolving talent landscape
