Requirements

  • 7+ years of proven experience in a leadership role overseeing go-to-market functions and/or operations, preferably at a scaling B2B SaaS or technology startup
  • Strong track record of driving revenue growth and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment
  • Deep understanding of GTM strategies for Enterprise B2B Sales and Customer Success
  • Expertise in strategic planning processes, project management and goal-setting frameworks (OKRs, MBOs et al.)
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive data-informed decision-making
  • Experience scaling operations and processes in a high-growth company
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and align teams around shared goals
  • Advanced coaching skills and commitment to helping team members grow professionally
  • Skilled at adapting strategies in response to changing business priorities or market conditions
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining focus on long-term objectives

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a cohesive GTM strategy that drives revenue growth and market expansion
  • Own the achievement of revenue, customer acquisition, retention, and expansion targets through direct management of Sales and Customer Success, with influence over Marketing
  • Align cross-functional teams and feedback loops to deliver a seamless customer journey from acquisition to retention
  • Establish or improve GTM processes and operations such as forecast and pipeline management, sales and CS playbook definition, tech stack utilization and more
  • Lead the company strategic planning and goal setting processes in partnership with the CEO
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress against strategic objectives
  • Define project management and goal setting frameworks to ensure consistent strategy execution
  • In partnership with Finance, manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to support strategic initiatives
  • Establish frameworks for ongoing business performance analysis and reporting
  • Manage internal communication cadences (e.g. monthly company meetings) to provide transparency on progress
  • Quarterback the quarterly board deck creation process
  • Lead process improvements and automation to streamline workflows and reduce costs
  • Champion the implementation of new tools and technologies to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making
  • Lead efforts to scale internal systems and processes as the company grows, preparing the organization for the next stage of maturity
  • Build, lead, and mentor high-performing teams across GTM and operational functions
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, contributing to company-wide decision-making
