Summary

Join Riverside Insights as Vice President of Product to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of the Clinical Assessments product portfolio. Guide cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful solutions, scale product practices, and support the long-term growth of the clinical business. This role requires strategic thinking and hands-on involvement, leading the product lifecycle from discovery to launch and adoption. Collaborate with Engineering, Research, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and budget-aligned product delivery. Develop and maintain a multi-year roadmap based on customer insights and market trends. Assess and improve the Clinical Product team's structure and processes. Foster a product culture emphasizing impact, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of B2C software product development experience
  • 3+ years of experience working with/for a company serving K–12 Special Education
  • 3+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing product teams (3+ direct reports)
  • Deep understanding of product ROI and how to tie product decisions to measurable business results
  • Strong grasp of go-to-market alignment, roadmap planning, and user engagement strategy
  • Comfortable partnering closely with Engineering and Research teams to bring clinical solutions to life

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of new and existing clinical products—from discovery and planning through successful launch and adoption
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Research, and cross-functional teams to ensure products are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to business goals
  • Develop and maintain a multi-year roadmap informed by customer insights, market trends, and strategic priorities
  • Assess and evolve the Clinical Product team structure, capabilities, and processes to meet current and future needs
  • Foster a strong, mission-aligned product culture that emphasizes impact, accountability, and continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in EdTech or with a core-plus-extension product strategy is a plus
  • Personal connection to Riverside’s mission, especially in Special Education, is a plus
