Vice President of Program Management

Summary

Join Colibri Group as their new Vice President of Program Management! This remote (USA) position reports to the Chief Product & Technology Officer and requires leading and scaling enterprise program delivery across core systems, transformation initiatives, and strategic business operations. You will bring operational rigor to Colibri’s technology organization, establish enterprise-wide program visibility, and ensure the delivery of key technology solutions on time and within budget. This role is key to Colibri’s major enterprise transformation, sponsoring secure and compliant system delivery across regulated industries, including initiatives related to Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT). You will mature and scale Colibri’s Program Management Office (PMO), leading a team of 10+ program managers and collaborating with various departments. Success in this role will involve strategic program leadership, PMO scale-up, establishing visibility and governance, ensuring regulatory-grade program execution, cross-functional leadership, and team leadership.

• Comfortable leading with visibility, governance, and data
• Instills a culture of delivery that’s measurable and trusted
• Understands how to keep the business running through operational discipline, security alignment, and scalable execution practices
• Able to navigate complex stakeholder environments, communicate with clarity, and drive alignment across the C-suite and frontline teams
• Champions privacy, timing, and compliance—especially in systems supporting financial transactions or industry certifications
• Brings systems thinking and structure to underperforming functions—quickly clarifying priorities, reducing ambiguity, and accelerating delivery

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide programs with structured execution, milestone accountability, and business alignment—including ERP (Workday), CRM (Salesforce), and PNT-related initiatives
• Ensure program outcomes directly support business priorities and compliance expectations
• Quickly assess the current state of program management at Colibri and implement a plan to scale the PMO across each tech ecosystem
• Establish standard operating procedures and delivery rhythms (e.g., Kanban vs. Agile) that drive throughput, consistency, and alignment
• Cultivate a metrics-driven delivery culture that emphasizes predictability, traceability, and credibility
• Create systems and frameworks that provide visibility into what teams are working on and how work ties back to strategic priorities
• Implement executive dashboards, scorecards, and program-level reporting to surface risk, track progress, and support decision-making
• Champion system delivery practices that meet the needs of highly regulated industries, including real estate, healthcare, and financial services
• Serve as a sponsor and internal advocate for Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT)-aligned capabilities —focusing on timing precision, auditability, and transactional integrity across Colibri’s platforms
• Operate as a trusted partner across Product, Engineering, IT, Security, and Business Operations
• Align execution across teams, clarify accountability, and create a culture of business and technical partnership
• Lead and mentor a team of 10+ program and project managers
• Foster a high-performing delivery organization with strong internal credibility and a focus on outcomes, execution quality, and career growth
