Summary

Join us as Vice President of Solution Engineering and lead the global Solution Engineering strategy and execution. Grow and lead a high-performing global team, shape the product roadmap, design go-to-market strategies, and evaluate new technology partners. Identify AI integration opportunities, support international expansion, and act as a senior technical advisor in complex client situations. This role requires 10+ years of experience in solution engineering leadership, a deep understanding of enterprise B2B SaaS and AI technologies, and proven ability to collaborate across departments. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-growth environments and familiarity with partnership ecosystems. This is a remote US-based position with flexible work arrangements.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in solution engineering, pre-sales, or technical sales leadership
  • A strong track record of managing and scaling global technical teams
  • Deep understanding of enterprise B2B SaaS, cloud platforms, and AI technologies
  • Proven ability to collaborate across departments including Sales, Product, and Marketing
  • Experience leading international go-to-market efforts and localization strategies
  • Excellent communication, strategic planning, and analytical skills

Responsibilities

  • Grow and lead a high-performing global team of solution engineers supporting sales, partnerships, and customer success
  • Shape the product roadmap by capturing and prioritizing customer and market insights from the field
  • Design scalable go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Product
  • Evaluate and onboard new technology and GTM partners to enhance our offering and expand our market presence
  • Identify AI integration opportunities that can improve internal processes, enhance product capabilities, or open new revenue streams
  • Support international expansion by defining technical strategies and allocating resources for market entry, compliance, and local support
  • Act as a senior technical advisor in complex client situations to support retention and account growth

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in high-growth startup or scale-up environments
  • Familiarity with partnership ecosystems and enterprise AI/ML solutions
  • A technical degree or MBA
