Summary

Centering Healthcare Institute is seeking a Vice President of Technology to lead its digital and technology innovation. The role involves setting and executing technology initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The successful candidate will have experience in digital strategy, healthcare technology, or related roles, and a strong commitment to health equity and racial justice.

Requirements

• Motivated by the mission of CHI and the Centering model with a strong commitment to Health Equity, Racial Justice, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging and Value-Centered work
• 7-10 years of experience leading technology teams
• 3-5 years of experience in digital strategy, healthcare technology, or related roles; a leadership position in those roles a plus

Responsibilities

• Set cohesive vision, direction, and strategy for CHI’s technological resources
• Align a comprehensive digital strategy to CHI’s goals and objectives
• Collaborate with department leads to identify and prioritize technology needs
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of digital and technology initiatives
• Lead and manage CHI’s IT budget
