Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in engineering, technology, and product leadership roles, with a focus on telehealth or healthcare technology
• 5+ years of recent experience in a VP function over a technology group
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale technical projects
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and product management frameworks
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving
• Passion for innovation and driving change in the healthcare industry

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive technology and product initiatives aligned with the company's vision and growth objectives in telehealth
• Lead the engineering, data, and product teams to deliver innovative, user-centric solutions
• Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology and product initiatives with business goals
• Oversee all engineering efforts, including software development, infrastructure, and system architecture for a D2C telehealth platform
• Drive the implementation of secure, scalable, and reliable systems while adhering to healthcare compliance and regulatory standards
• Resource and delivery plan for engineering projects
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept to delivery, ensuring the alignment of product roadmaps with customer needs and market trends
• Partner with stakeholders across clinical, operations, and marketing teams to prioritize features and enhancements that drive growth and engagement
• Monitor product performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing engineering, data, technology, and product teams, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration
• Set clear goals, performance expectations, and professional development opportunities for team members
• Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of technology and product initiatives, meeting quality standards and customer satisfaction
• Identify and mitigate risks in engineering and product development processes
