Join Experian as Vice President, Strategic Enterprise Systems and Technology, a newly created executive role focused on transforming global Finance, Billing, HR/People & Analytics platforms. Guide the modernization of legacy Oracle on-prem systems and lead the transition to next-generation HCM and ERP platforms. Partner with key stakeholders to lead strategy, business cases, migration, and post-go-live optimization. Lead a global team and leverage cloud, AI, automation, and data analytics for smarter operations. This strategic, hands-on role requires transformation expertise and a product mindset, reporting to the SVP, Digital Workplace and Business Systems. You will lead digital transformation, drive innovation, own platform optimization, improve stakeholder experience, enable data and analytics, migrate infrastructure to OCI, lead global execution and change, and manage strategic budget and vendor oversight.
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive technology leadership, including 10+ years in executive roles leading enterprise business systems in Finance, Billing, and HR
- Experience managing Oracle on-premise solutions and leading migrations to Oracle Cloud Fusion, Workday, or similar enterprise SaaS platforms
- Strong background building cloud transformation strategies and business cases, including stakeholder engagement and TCO modeling
- Experience deploying AI/ML, automation, and analytics solutions in a business systems context
- Proven success aligning technology strategy with business outcomes, particularly in Finance and HR
- Track record of building and running a high achieving team while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Skilled in leading change across global organizations, with awareness of regional regulations and cultural nuances
- Ability to influence C-level stakeholders, IT leadership, vendors, and cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Lead Digital Transformation: Help share the strategic vision, lead the replacement or enhancement of legacy platforms, simplify processes, unlock data insights, partner across the business and enhance customer experience. Own the full lifecycle—from strategy to execution—of the transition from Oracle on-premise to a suitable HCM/ERP, in close collaboration with Finance, HR, and IT stakeholders
- Drive Innovation: The VP will not only promote new technologies like GenAI and automation but will pilot, scale, and embed them into the Finance and People/HR operating model to accomplish transformative outcomes
- Finance, Billing & HR/People Technology Platform Ownership & Optimization: Treat core enterprise systems as evolving products—with roadmaps, performance metrics, and feedback loops—ensuring continuous value creation, scalability, and strong end-user experience
- Improve Stakeholder Experience: Engage with Finance, HR, and Billing leaders to identify pain points, refine workflows, and enhance system usability and satisfaction
- Data & Analytics Enablement: Ensure enterprise systems are designed to support real-time insights across finance and workforce planning functions
- Migrate Infrastructure to OCI: Guide the migration of Finance and HR workloads to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) in partnership with infrastructure teams—ensuring reliability, security, and cost efficiency
- Lead Global Execution & Change: Manage global, cross-functional teams and vendors across time zones. Ensure seamless change management, communication, and adoption across all phases of transformation
- Strategic Budget & Vendor Oversight: Own the enterprise systems budget and oversee vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance management—ensuring value and delivery excellence
