This high-impact role will be the first dedicated to pricing and packaging, requiring you to build the function from the ground up. You will be responsible for developing and executing pricing and packaging strategies that maximize revenue, profitability, and market competitiveness for Restaurant365's product portfolio. This role demands deep SaaS pricing expertise, strategic thinking, and strong cross-functional leadership to drive long-term growth and monetization success.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in pricing, packaging, or monetization strategy, with significant experience in SaaS or recurring revenue models
- Proven ability to drive successful monetization strategies that deliver measurable impact
- Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Deep understanding of SaaS metrics, pricing models (tiered, usage-based, value-based), and buyer psychology
- Experience developing go-to-market strategies in close partnership with product marketing, product management, and revenue teams
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve Restaurant365βs end-to-end monetization strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals, customer needs, and market opportunities; establish and lead pricing governance processes to drive consistency, accountability, and executive alignment; influence C-level stakeholders with data-driven insights and strategic recommendations around pricing and packaging
- Develop scalable packaging frameworks that align with buyer personas, product value, and customer journey stages; identify and optimize monetization models (e.g., tiered, usage-based, feature bundles) to support upsell, cross-sell, and retention; ensure packaging reflects clear differentiation and supports demand generation, product adoption, and market expansion
- Partner closely with Product, Finance, Sales, Rev Ops, and Customer Success to ensure pricing and packaging strategies align with margin goals, product value, and go-to-market execution; lead internal rollout of pricing changes through detailed enablement plans, sales tools, and objection-handling resources; support Sales Enablement in delivering training materials, competitive positioning, and playbooks to ensure sales readiness
- Conduct and leverage market research, customer interviews, and competitor pricing analysis to inform strategy; stay ahead of industry trends, emerging monetization models, and SaaS best practices; translate insights into actionable pricing and packaging decisions that enhance Restaurant365βs market position
- Design and run pricing experiments and A/B tests to evaluate elasticity, adoption, and revenue impact; develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to track pricing performance and identify optimization opportunities; leverage advanced analytics and modeling to inform ongoing pricing strategy and monitor success against KPIs
