Requirements
- You bring 10+ years of operations leadership experience, ideally in healthcare or a related field
- You bring a rich background in scaling high-functioning patient care or support organizations. You understand the role that technology, AI, and data play in the evolution of the patient experience
- You have strong skills working with senior leadership teams and cross-functional partners to influence organizational behavior and drive positive change in the patient experience
- Experience owning budgets and implementing workforce management strategies, and a proven track record of achieving economies of scale by blending technology and thoughtful team growth
- Ability to lead large teams with integrity and trust, using your influence to ensure the team has the tools, resources, and training needed to be successful
- Entrepreneurial and resourceful β As an early member of a startup, we need people who can find creative ways to make a big impact quickly and without much direction
- Experience handling deadlines, keeping many balls in the air, and prioritizing work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Passion for collaborating cross-functionally with sales, operations, client success, data, and product teams to ideate, complete projects, and drive impactful results
Responsibilities
- Own end to end patient care delivery at Carrum Health, ensuring we meet and exceed our lofty standards for patient experience
- Build and implement strategies to improve the patient journey, reshaping patient experience at Carrum and fundamentally reshaping the future of healthcare as a whole
- Drive utilization of the Carrum program by minimizing friction in the COE experience and keeping patients on the path to great care
- Regularly collaborate with product and technology teams to influence road maps, implement new technologies, and push the boundaries of how technology can improve the patient experience and patient care delivery at Carrum
- Lead, mentor, and influence the next generation of Patient Care leaders at Carrum Health
