Requirements

• Proven experience in short-form video production, with a portfolio showcasing your work
• Experience with various social content management systems, such as YouTube Studio
• Excellent writing and communication skills with a talent for creating emotionally resonant stories
• Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships with animal organizations and other stakeholders
• Proficiency with video production tools and software
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Network with animal shelters, organizations, and pet-related communities to gather content and collaborate on campaigns
• Work with a team of editors to produce short digital videos that are compelling and emotional
• Manage the brand’s editorial calendar, ensuring timely production and alignment with overall content strategy
• Work with the Publishing Coordinator to ensure content is optimized for various platforms
• Collaborate with the Social Media Manager and the Marketing team to amplify your videos
