Instructional Designer

Summary

Join Feedzai's Product Education Team as a dynamic Instructional Designer to develop engaging training content. You will create video content, in-app training materials, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user learning experiences. Develop a range of training materials tailored to diverse user needs, including video content, certifications, tutorials, and in-app guides. Collaborate with SMEs and Product teams to translate complex product features into user-friendly learning content. Partner with the Documentation and UX teams to ensure consistency and seamless user experiences. Support global accessibility by managing translations and localization of training content. Continuously refine training materials based on user feedback and performance data. Introduce innovative approaches to training delivery, focusing on both engagement and measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• 1+ years in instructional design, curriculum creation, or learning content development, with a strong focus on video content production and in-app training materials
• Proven ability to work with SMEs to create relevant, practical, and engaging training content
• Experience in developing multimedia learning solutions, including videos, certifications, and in-app content

Responsibilities

• Develop a range of training materials, including video content, certifications, tutorials, and in-app guides, tailored to diverse user needs
• Design and produce video-based learning solutions, including scripting, storyboarding, and editing, with tools like Synthesia (or similar)
• Create in-app training content using tools like Pendo to enable seamless learning directly within the product
• Collaborate with SMEs and Product teams to translate complex product features into user-friendly learning content
• Partner with the Documentation team to align training materials with technical content, ensuring consistency and accuracy
• Work closely with the UX team to integrate training content into product designs, ensuring seamless user experiences
• Support global accessibility by managing translations and localization of training content into multiple languages
• Continuously refine training materials based on user feedback and performance data
• Introduce innovative approaches to training delivery, focusing on both engagement and measurable outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience collaborating with UX and Documentation teams is a strong advantage
• Familiarity with tools like Pendo for in-app guide creation and Synthesia for video production (or similar platforms) is a plus
• Familiarity with the finance and technology industries, particularly in areas such as risk management, anti-money laundering (AML), or SaaS solutions
