• Minimum 4 years in video production and social media content creation, with proven success in growing social media channels and engagement
• Natural storyteller with a strong interest in video, motion design, and social trends
• Proactive and flexible mindset, with a willingness to take ownership of projects and a problem-solving approach
• Ability to translate business objectives into compelling creative solutions, supported by audience insights
• Motivated individual thriving in fast-paced environments, capable of working independently and collaboratively
• Strong team player who can collaborate effectively across departments and organisational levels

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for overseeing the entire video production process, from ideation to final delivery
• Be capable of seeing the big picture while maintaining meticulous attention to detail in all projects
• Be highly proficiency in videography, including shooting, lighting, editing, and directing
• Have a deep understanding of social media best practices and trends
• Have excellent written and verbal communication abilities for crafting engaging narratives and posts
