Requirements
- Proven experience in product management, preferably within a SaaS environment, demonstrating a strong track record of success
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to deeply understand user needs and interpret data insights. Capable of conducting comprehensive competitive analyses and applying insights to shape product strategy
- Expertise in researching and analyzing market needs, and experience in working with third parties on partnerships
- Proficiency in planning and executing product development cycles, delivering innovative solutions efficiently
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a product development team. Ability to lead, hold the team accountable, and ensure timely delivery of outcomes
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. Skilled in building alignment across teams and managing stakeholders effectively
- Deep understanding of software design and data structures, with the technical acumen to drive development forward
- Resourceful and adaptable, with a strong 'can-do' attitude. Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership, drive decision-making, and achieve results
- Quick learner with a willingness to embrace feedback, adjust rapidly, and move forward with a positive attitude
Responsibilities
- Lead the ideation, design, and development of user-centric features, deeply understanding customer issues, pains, desires, and needs
- Stay ahead of industry trends and also understand AI technologies and trends and leverage this knowledge to maintain a competitive edge
- Deliver MRDs and PRDs for prioritized features, ensuring clear and actionable plans
- Plan and execute product development cycles, including MVPs and incremental iterations, to bring innovative solutions to life
- Facilitate team backlog management and oversee successful product launches from planning to execution. Measure product usage and adoption post-launch, iterating as necessary based on user feedback
- Monitor and interpret user behavior data to inform product decisions, using insights to identify areas for improvement and drive product refinements
- Maintain and manage the product roadmap, aligning intent with prioritization to achieve strategic goals
- Identify and explore new business opportunities to enhance the value we deliver to the organization. Closely monitor and incorporate AI advancements into product strategy
- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders across the organization, building alignment and incorporating feedback to ensure the product roadmap meets business objectives
