Video Specialist

Summary

Join Constructor's Marketing team as a Video Specialist and create high-quality video content for various marketing channels. You will plan, film, and edit videos, collaborate with teams on video strategies, and manage post-production. The role requires proven video production experience, proficiency in video editing software, and animation skills. Requirements

• Proven experience in video production, including filming, editing, and post-production
• Strong proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar tools)
• Experience with animation and motion graphics to create engaging explainer videos
• Ability to travel occasionally for trade shows and key company events
• A creative eye for storytelling and strong attention to detail
• Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a remote-first environment
• Knowledge of video marketing best practices, including optimization for social media and SEO

Responsibilities

• Plan, film, and edit high-quality video content for a variety of marketing channels, including social media, the company website, and presentations
• Capture engaging footage at trade shows and key company events to highlight Constructor’s presence and showcase industry trends
• Work closely with the marketing and content teams to develop and execute video strategies that align with our brand messaging and objectives
• Create animated product explainer videos to communicate complex ideas in an engaging and accessible way
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop scripts, storyboards, and production plans for video content
• Manage post-production, including editing, sound design, motion graphics, and final delivery
• Ensure videos are optimized for different platforms and audiences, following best practices in video marketing and SEO

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with livestreaming, multi-camera shoots, or 3D animation
