The job is for a part-time Virtual Assistant at Accordus who will manage emails, calendars, documents, reimbursement requests, bills, and simple CRM. The applicant must have 2 years of Virtual Assisting experience and non-profit or ministry experience.

Requirements

  • Comfortable working with ministry leaders & pastors
  • Non-profit or ministry experience [required]
  • Portrays confidence and professional authority
  • Ability to anticipate needs
  • High level of loyalty and discretion
  • Must have day-time availability (9am-5pm) to receive emails, take calls, and join zoom meetings when needed
  • High-level working experience with platforms such as Microsoft Outlook, Google, Zoom, Dropbox, etc
  • Tech Savvy and able to adapt and learn new software
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to manage many tasks simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Email inbox management
  • Ability to manage an online calendar
  • Ability to edit and format documents
  • Set up simple email campaigns
  • Manage reimbursement requests
  • Pay bills
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
  • Simple CRM management skills
  • Book travel (airfare, rental car, hotel) - International travel booking experience is a plus
  • Push tasks to the finish line
