Summary

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
  • Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in English
  • Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
  • Persistent and results-oriented
  • 1-2-year(s) experience in telemarketing or cold calling
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Good American English accent

Responsibilities

  • Cold call people from a list of prospects/leads provided by the Growth Team
  • Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices, etc., and present their benefits
  • Persuade the prospects to sign up as paid consultants for Panoptyc by relating how their set of skills and experience meet our business needs
  • Keep records of calls and record useful information by updating the CRM
