Summary

The job is for a remote Experienced Sourcer position at Kwalified, a dynamic offshore Virtual Assistant startup. The candidate will be responsible for various tasks such as conducting in-depth candidate sourcing, collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers, utilizing data analytics, crafting compelling messages, presenting findings, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• At least 3 to 5 years proven experience in sourcing roles, demonstrating successful outcomes
• Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and platforms
• Strategic thinking with the ability to align sourcing activities with organizational goals
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Cultural awareness and the ability to ensure candidates are a strong cultural fit
• Professional proficiency in the English language is required

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth candidate sourcing using various channels and tools
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine sourcing strategies
• Utilize data analytics to measure and optimize sourcing performance
• Craft compelling messages to engage and attract potential candidates
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear and concise manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful recruitment outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of other international languages is an asset but not necessary
