Client & Agent Success Executive

Summary

Join our team as the Client & Agent Success Executive and manage virtual assistants, ensure client satisfaction, and support internal operations.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for managing VAs and client relationships
• Proficiency in HR software, project management tools, and report generation
• Ability to manage multiple clients and teams simultaneously with attention to detail
• Experience in performance evaluations, productivity monitoring, and SOP creation
• A reliable laptop or desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or higher) and a stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)

Responsibilities

• Review resumes, conduct interviews, and facilitate VA onboarding
• Conduct 1:1 meetings, monitor productivity, and manage attendance and time-off requests
• Handle performance evaluations, payment disputes, and separation processes
• Conduct performance reviews with clients and address concerns
• Provide weekly VA productivity reports and handle new client requests
• Maintain org charts, update SOPs, and support dashboard maintenance
• Attend weekly meetings and create monthly internal newsletters
