Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably within the real estate industry
- Strong understanding of real estate marketing and how to leverage social media to drive sales and engagement
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
- Experience with content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining strong communication with the team
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) tailored to the real estate market
- Develop campaigns to promote property listings, open houses, virtual tours, and other real estate-related content
