Summary

Join our team as a Segment Schedule Creator and Lead. Responsibilities include creating a segment schedule, maintaining knowledge of relevant applications and technologies, providing assistance with software issues, overseeing necessary paperwork, leading segments, supporting organizational development, and reviewing training for new Moderators.

Requirements

  • A High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of experience working with people with intellectual disabilities
  • Advanced knowledge of computer technology, including but not limited to logging in to a Zoom session, trouble shooting, screen share, and muting

Responsibilities

  • Create segment schedule for Activity Plan
  • Maintains advanced working knowledge of relevant applications, services, technologies, team-based productivity tools
  • Provide assistance with software and/or technology hiccups to maintain an organized session
  • Oversee necessary paperwork including but not limited to material lists, attendance logs, and Medisk hours
  • Lead various segments through the day that will engage people receiving service
  • Support organizational development by working collaboratively with team to assess knowledge, skill and ability gaps and needs within the program

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to captivate people in attendance with prepared segments
