Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Specialist

Summary

Join our growing marketing team as a Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Specialist! Develop and implement Local Service Ads (LSAs) strategies, manage end-to-end Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns, and optimize for maximum ROI. Analyze data, provide reporting, and stay updated on industry trends. We require a C1 English certification, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong analytical and communication skills. Experience managing SEM campaigns and knowledge of Google Ads and other platforms are a plus. If local to Guadalajara or Mexico City, a hybrid work environment is required. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for Local Service Ads to enhance visibility and engagement at the local level
• Optimize location-based targeting and ensure accurate business information across platforms
• Analyze local search trends and competition to stay ahead in the local market
• Analyze data and provide reporting
• Manage end-to-end PPC campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and bid management
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign performance data to optimize for maximum ROI
• Stay updated on industry trends and Google Ads innovations to implement cutting-edge strategies
• Analyze data and provide reporting

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing SEM campaigns, including LSA or PPC, is a plus
• Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms is a plus
• Certifications in Google Ads or other relevant platforms are a plus
