You will manage ground transportation needs for a prestigious client, handling a high volume of calls and emails to seamlessly manage the reservation process. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, possesses in-depth knowledge of global travel, and has experience in handling travel bookings. Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in CRM tools and adaptability to a dynamic environment. This full-time role requires flexibility in working hours and is based remotely in the Philippines. Requirements
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- In-depth knowledge of global travel destinations, transportation options, and luxury travel services
- Experience handling a high volume of calls, managing travel bookings for flights, hotels, and ground transportation
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, maintaining a calm and professional manner at all times
- Dedication to customer satisfaction, show a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done, acting with tact and diplomacy and demonstrating excellent problem solving skills
- Proactive in identifying and resolving booking challenges or last-minute changes
- Initiative and creativity to best meet the needs of our members
- Competence in CRM tools and other travel-related software
- Ability to work independently, in a team and perform well with little supervision
- High adaptability to a dynamic changing environment
- Flexibility : This position is a full-time 40-hrs per week role on a shift basis, The right candidate needs to be flexible in offering their services between the hours of 07:00-23:00 local time, Monday to Sunday, including Public Holidays
- Located anywhere in Philippines
- A secure home office at your confirmed address, free from background noise or other distractions
- Internet service must meet minimum requirements and minimum speed check must be completed
