Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Visual Designer
• Demonstrable skills in User Interface design with a solid portfolio and multiple projects
• Experience in Motion Design, Systems of Design, Atomic Design, defining patterns and components for digital products, in responsive web design and app
• Solid experience in creating wireframes, graphic scripts, user flow diagrams, process flows, and site maps
• Experience using prototyping and interface design tools like Figma, Sketch, Invision, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Qualitative and quantitative analysis skills
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Knowledge of visual flows in interfaces beyond App, Web, and ATM
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
• Problem-solving abilities
• Staying updated with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum, Design Thinking, Human Centered Design process
