Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as a visual or digital designer on an in-house or agency creative team
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant design field or equivalent experience
  • Solid understanding of digital design layouts and formats, including common social media specifications
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and proficiency in working with Webflow
  • Video editing capabilities, with motion graphics experience as a bonus (experience with prototyping software like Protopie or Principle is a plus)
  • Proficiency in design software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (bonus points for After Effects experience)
  • A passion for analyzing the performance of your assets and iterating on ideas for improvement
  • A strong design point of view grounded in a solid graphic design foundation, serving as an ambassador for our brand
  • Relevant experience in video editing, animation, and motion design, with a keen eye for storytelling through visuals
  • Up-to-date knowledge of content and social media best practices, with a finger on the pulse of industry trends
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills for effective collaboration in a remote environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a reliable and self-motivated work ethic
  • Ability to act quickly while being open to iteration and feedback from multiple stakeholders
  • Independence in managing and prioritizing projects and deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Applying your visual design skills to create marketing materials across various media—ranging from illustrations and merchandise to digital ads, email blasts, and landing pages
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop assets that drive new user adoption and engagement, incorporating feedback and real-time insights to optimize designs
  • Managing incoming requests and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to prioritize your workload
  • Playing a vital role in shaping our design identity and how we are perceived in the world
  • Thriving in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment that values autonomy and professionalism over micromanagement
