Visual Designer

Summary

Join Scalable Capital's Marketing team as a Visual Designer and collaborate with stakeholders on campaigns and marketing initiatives. Contribute your design perspective during ideation, create visuals for various media (social media, ads, website, etc.), and ensure a cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints. Collaborate with other designers, advocate for design thinking, and stay updated on design trends. This role requires relevant experience, a strong portfolio, proficiency in design software (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite), and a passion for impactful communication. Requirements

• Relevant previous work experience in visual design, with a strong portfolio to show your track-record
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign (descending importance)
• A passion for creative, meaningful and impactful communication
• Excellent craftsmanship with an eye for detail and consistency that enables you to deliver high quality output

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various stakeholders on upcoming campaigns and other marketing and communication initiatives
• Participate during ideation and contribute with a designer's perspective
• Create visuals for social media posts, banner ads, email communication, website content, out-of-home advertising, exhibition materials, print ads and brochures
• Ensure a cohesive brand experience across a variety of touchpoints (on- & offline) by following our established design language, while adding your own flair
• Collaborate closely with other designers during the process, iterate and help to continuously refine the visual brand of Scalable Capital
• Be an advocate for design thinking, inside and outside your team and stay up-to-date with the latest trends in design and design technology

Preferred Qualifications

Experience/background in illustration is a plus
