Senior Visual Designer

Summary

Join Wunderkind as a Visual Designer and leverage your design skills to create impactful customer-facing experiences across email, text, and website campaigns. You will translate client strategies into visually striking HTML & CSS experiences, manage expectations across departments and clients, and collaborate with client marketing and design teams. This role requires expertise in design principles, 2+ years of relevant experience, proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite), and HTML/CSS. Requirements

• Expert in design, color, layout, and typography
• 2+ years relevant work experience; digital marketing strategy a plus
• Comfortable in visual tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Comfortable with HTML/CSS
• Ability to follow style guidelines and design templates of our brands, as well as in-house best practices
• Proven detail-oriented outlook and strong sense of craftsmanship
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Translate client strategies and brand guidelines into performance-driven, visually striking experiences, delivered as HTML & CSS
• Manage expectations across departmental and client contacts within your pod of Engineers, Service Delivery Managers, and Product Integrity Analysts
• Be client facing on calls and meetings to communicate design work, process, and best practices and collaborate with our client’s marketing and design teams
