Visual Designer

Summary

Join TRM Labs, a blockchain intelligence company, as a part-time, remote contract Designer on the Marketing team. You will create high-impact marketing assets like reports, white papers, and social media posts. The role requires expertise in design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams. While the role is remote, candidates in US & EU time zones are preferred. You'll work in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours and contribute to a mission-driven company dedicated to fighting crime. Requirements

• Have experience in a fast-paced environment, such as startups or agencies
• Possess expertise in digital design tools such as Figma, and Notion for documentation and collaboration
• Possess expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite, namely Illustrator and InDesign, and know how to prepare and package files for print
• Have experience designing engaging social posts
• Be an effective communicator, and have experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Enjoy working on a variety of projects — from events to social posts — and believe no project is too big or too small
• Be a self-starter who thrives on fast execution

Responsibilities

• Work on high-impact, quick-turn assets such as reports, white papers, events, presentations and social media posts
• Occasionally work on projects that require more big-picture, conceptual thinking
• Work cross-functionally with different teams across Product, Sales, Marketing and Engineering, delivering high-quality designs with attention to detail
• Translate strategy and copy into thoughtful and engaging visual designs
