Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in digital design, with a strong portfolio showcasing mastery across digital mediums (e.g., web, mobile, interactive design)
• Demonstrated ability to find and create beauty in complicated content, making the complex approachable and engaging
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other relevant applications
• Experience working with and contributing to design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across projects
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead projects independently, collaborate with stakeholders, and manage timelines effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and defend design choices clearly and persuasively

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative and visually stunning designs for digital platforms, including websites, applications, presentations, and campaigns, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines
• Take ownership of projects from concept to completion, collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements, propose solutions, and deliver screens and assets that meet business and user goals
• Partner with marketing, product, and technical teams to gather input, understand objectives, and ensure alignment across projects
• Work within and contribute to the company’s design system, evolving its components and ensuring designs maintain coherence and scalability
• Advocate for the end user by creating designs that are not only visually compelling but also intuitive and functional for healthcare providers
• Transform complex medical and scientific content into accessible and engaging visuals that communicate effectively to a diverse audience
• Ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality standards, performing checks for pixel-perfect precision and adherence to technical specifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
• Animation and motion graphics experience
