Requirements

  • 10+ years of sales experience, preferably selling health related solutions to employers
  • Experience with early stage start-ups, preferably digital health organizations
  • 5+ years of management experience
  • Strong analytical skills, including familiarity with reporting & deriving insights from data
  • Strong network of benefits leaders, consultants, brokers, and other influencers
  • Experience working with benefits decision-makers within Fortune 500 companies
  • Strong track record of consistently meeting / exceeding large and growing quotas
  • Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
  • Salesforce experience
  • Mission-driven with a personal connection or strong passion to support the LGBTQ+ community

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall enterprise sales strategy to drive meaningful revenue growth in alignment with the company's goals and mission
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including benefits leaders, channel partners, brokers, payers, and other industry partners
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop innovative sales strategies to penetrate and expand our presence within the healthcare industry
  • Serve as a key advocate for our LGBTQIA-focused healthcare solutions, promoting awareness and understanding within the enterprise healthcare market
  • Lead negotiations and close high-impact deals that drive revenue and market share growth
  • Provide visionary leadership to the sales team, setting clear objectives and driving performance excellence
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments to inform strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate with customer, success, marketing, payer relations, finance and product teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and product offerings
