Join Praetorian, a Series A funded offensive security leader, as their new Vice President of Sales. Build and direct a high-growth sales team, leveraging a strong foundation of client success (R24 NPS of 91%). Requirements
- 10+ years of leading sales in a start-up environment
- Successfully steered annual hyper growth
- Fluency in saas subscription and technology-enabled services
- Fluency in subscription recurring revenue models
- Fluency in transactional re-occurring service models
- Fluent in organizational design, goal setting, and incentive plans
- Executive-level communication skills both written and oral
- Familiarity with a modern sales tech stack
- Broad and deep understanding of the information security industry
- Bachelor's degree
Responsibilities
- Manage objectives and key results of the sales organization
- Implement strategies to scale new Enterprise logo capture
- Implement strategies for increasing attach rates and future-proofing revenue
- Recruit, develop, and retain a world-class sales team
- Institute the process and technology needed to achieve scale
- Architect organizational structure and incentive plans
- Assist sales reps in closing new business opportunities
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors in computer science or engineering
- Masters in business administration a plus
