Summary

Join Centerfield as VP, Enterprise Partnerships and lead new client growth for the Home Services division. This strategic sales leadership role requires agency experience, pitch leadership, and deal-closing expertise. You will own the go-to-market strategy, lead the RFP process, and build partnerships with top brands. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional results. Drive pricing and deal structure strategy, create sales materials, and mentor a high-performing team. Maintain sales visibility and report on key metrics. Monitor industry trends to refine strategy and competitive positioning.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in client acquisition, business development, or growth sales , ideally in performance marketing, digital media, or agency settings
  • 5+ years in a leadership role within an agency , with experience pitching and winning new business
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals and scaling brand-direct partnerships
  • Strong grasp of performance marketing metrics and how to speak to value: CPA, CPL, ROAS, LTV, etc
  • A masterful presenter and negotiator with executive-level communication skills
  • Experience leading competitive RFP processes and building pitch materials end-to-end
  • Confident, hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Deep understanding of the agency landscape and how brands evaluate partner value
  • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Media, and Client Success

Responsibilities

  • Own the go-to-market strategy and lead all efforts for new client acquisition in the Home Services vertical
  • Build and manage a pipeline of brand-direct opportunities, with a focus on winning against competing agencies
  • Lead the RFP and pitch process —crafting compelling proposals, pricing strategies, and positioning to win deals
  • Serve as a thought leader and closer, representing Centerfield in executive-level meetings and industry events
  • Collaborate across internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and long-term success
  • Drive pricing and deal structure strategy to maximize client value and Centerfield margin
  • Partner with marketing and design to create pitch decks, case studies, and sales enablement materials
  • Hire and mentor a high-performing team of sales and partnership professionals
  • Maintain visibility into deal progression and report on sales metrics, forecasts, and revenue growth
  • Monitor industry and agency trends to continuously refine strategy and competitive positioning

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus
