Summary

Join Prove as the Vice President of Banking, a key executive role responsible for the Go-To-Market (GTM) Profit & Loss (P&L) of Prove's Banking business. Lead the Banking New Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Technical Account Management, and Onboarding teams to drive revenue growth. Oversee the GTM P&L, ensuring profitability and collaborating with cross-functional leaders. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at top U.S. banks, while staying informed on industry trends and optimizing sales processes. Mentor a high-performing team and contribute to Prove's continued success in the banking sector. The anticipated salary range is $250,000 - $270,000 plus variable commission.

Requirements

  • Track record of successfully scaling a profitable, worldwide sales organization
  • 5-7 years of sales leadership with emphasis on building out a team
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience with SaaS or direct B2B high-tech solutions for banking
  • Promote, maintain and enhance our cultural values of humility, passion, inclusion, and leadership
  • Strong passion for learning about our products and markets through in-house and external training
  • Experience in high-growth /pre-IPO Technology companies

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and net revenue retention within the banking segment
  • Oversee the GTM P&L for the Banking business, ensuring profitability and financial health. This includes advising on growth investments, including and adhering to operating budget
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and other departments to align GTM strategies and execution
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at top U.S. banks
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments
  • Continuously improve sales processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of sales, account management, customer success technical account management, and onboarding
