Requirements

• Has led a 25+ person engineering organization, including managing engineering managers
• Has built modern enterprise SaaS
• Know how to run a great engineering organization that delivers high-quality SaaS for enterprise, with services as part of the model
• Be an engineering leader, not just someone who runs the engineering organization
• Drive a high-velocity organization, shipping and iterating fast

Responsibilities

• Lead a 25+ person engineering organization, including managing engineering managers
• Build and iterate on modern enterprise SaaS
• Build and iterate fast, especially with AI
• Accelerate drug development to get treatments to patients faster
• Build vertical AI to transform a $100b industry
• Lead a lean, high-velocity engineering organization
• Create great user experiences in complex enterprise software, powered by a combination of AI, software, and services
• Continue to build out the core platform
• Ship agentic AI for trial operations
• Scale revenue with the integrated platform
• Run a great engineering organization that delivers high-quality SaaS for enterprise, with services as part of the model
• Be an engineering leader, not just someone who runs the engineering organization
• Drive a high-velocity organization, shipping and iterating fast
• Set a high bar for engineering talent and increase talent density
• Recruit and hire awesome engineers

Preferred Qualifications

• Former founder
• Know and prefer startups. Have been a founder, an early employee, or led engineering at an early-stage company
• Be a builder at heart who knows great software products come from rapid user-focused development, and will bring that builder's perspective to company strategy
