VP of Operations

Summary

The VP of Operations (Financial Services) will build out and lead operations and client delivery for Invisible's Financial Services vertical. The role involves setting vision and strategy, partnering with clients, demonstrating business savvy and systems thinking, managing teams, and meeting specific experience and communication requirements.

Requirements

• More than 5+ years of experience in operations management in a client-facing capacity
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong management and leadership skills
• Ability to manage an organization of at least 50+ people (though 200+ would be preferred) across at least 2 layers of management
• Experience building and managing financial models, especially cost-driven analysis
• Ability to think strategically with agility in complex and difficult situations

Responsibilities

• Build out and lead operations and client delivery for the Financial Services vertical
• Collaborate across the organization to develop industry-specific strategies and offerings
• Develop a new operations team responsible for end-to-end customer experience
• Drive ongoing profitability, efficiency, and scale of the operations
