Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred
  • 8-10 years of experience in sales operations in a similar Enterprise Software company, wealth/tech experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of sales operations to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with company goals
  • Drive revenue growth by collaborating with senior leadership on territory plans, booking targets, and sales plans
  • Optimize sales processes by developing and maintaining accurate sales forecasts and generating regular reports to track performance against targets
  • Enhance the overall performance of the sales team by establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing coaching and support for continuous improvement
  • Design, implement, and manage commission plans to incentivize sales team performance and drive results
  • Foster collaboration and alignment between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and maximize revenue opportunities
  • Lead planning and facilitation of various GTM meetings, including annual Sales Kickoff, Quarterly Business Reviews, regular Pipeline Reviews, and Sales’ preparations for the annual Customer Conference
  • Administer sales technology tools and related procedures to support sales operations and enhance productivity
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales operations function, providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship
  • Set and meet budgetary targets; oversee annual planning
