Summary
Join Shipwell as the VP of Professional Services and lead our talented team in ensuring successful customer implementations and maximizing customer lifetime value. This key leadership role will drive the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of our services delivery model while fostering strong customer relationships. You will need 10+ years of experience in a high-growth SaaS professional services management role, preferably with supply chain software experience. The position requires proven success in complex software implementations, building and optimizing professional services processes, and strong financial acumen. Requirements
- 10+ years in a high-growth SaaS professional services management role; preferably with a background in supply chain software (planning, ERP, WMS, TMS, OMS, inventory management, fleet management)
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software implementations
- Experience building and optimizing professional services processes and frameworks
- Strong financial acumen with managing budgets, P&Ls, and resource allocation
- Familiarity of standard SaaS metrics and managing to them
- Customer obsession - ensuring customer success and value realization with software and services
- Ability to think critically with strong bias to execute
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to rapidly develop and cultivate relationships with peers, partners, and key influencers
- Comfortable strategizing and consulting with C-level executives; references are great
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to rapidly develop and cultivate relationships with peers, partners, and key influencers
- Demonstrated people leader managing teams in a distributed environment
- BA/BS degree in a related field
Responsibilities
- Lead the Professional Services organization
- Ensure successful customer implementations
- Maximize customer lifetime value
- Drive the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of the services delivery model
- Foster strong customer relationships
Preferred Qualifications
- Logistics industry experience
- Proficient at Excel, SFDC, Google Suite, and BI tools (Tableau or Looker)
