Summary
Join Tackle, a leading solution for software companies generating cloud revenue, as a Partner Alliances Leader. You will optimize partnerships with hyperscale cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP), add new strategic partners, and build the methodology and processes for leveraging these partnerships. This leadership role involves managing a team of 2-3 Alliances Managers, driving demand generation, and collaborating with internal teams on product roadmaps and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in partnerships, alliances, and channel sales, with a proven track record of building strategic relationships and leading teams. This role contributes significantly to customer value and revenue growth, aligning with Tackle's mission to transform software sales.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, and channel sales
- At least 5 years of experience as an Partner and Alliances leader
- Proven experience building a strategic partner relationship with Salesforce
- Experience building creating strategy, building teams, and managing execution of strategic plans
- Deep experience building and operating in hyperscale cloud ecosystems, technical alliances, strategic services and channel partners
- Proven leader that can work cross-functionally with all internal key stakeholders
- Passionate about transforming the way ISVs sell in a Cloud world
- Experience working remotely or working with remote team members
- Comfortable operating in a fast moving startup environment
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 2-3 Alliances Managers
- Manage the overall Partner strategy across Clouds, Technology, Services and Channel
- Continually increase the number of “Tackle Fans” in our partners that are recommending Tackle to their ISV ecosystem
- Build strong relationships for product roadmap alignment leading to increased customer value
- Drive strong and predictable QoQ demand generation across our partner ecosystem fueling growth
- Work collaboratively with Tackle’s go-to-market leadership to ensure we are aligned with our partner’s priorities and those of its ISV ecosystem
- Strategize with the Tackle Marketing organization to build and execute Partner co-marketing campaigns, events, webinars
