Requirements

• Proven success in a senior product leadership role, in a similar stage, successful growth-stage B2B SaaS company
• Ability to translate company strategy into product strategy, product strategy into a multi-generational product roadmap plan
• Experience building IT, data-driven applications sold to data practitioners desired
• Exceptional leadership qualities with a focus on team empowerment and growth
• Proficient in balancing top-down strategic insights with bottom-up customer feedback
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategy
• Translate product strategy and both short and long-term roadmap planning and prioritization, balancing short-term and long-term goals, and managing trade-offs effectively
• Partner with senior leadership, including the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), to define product vision, goals, and priorities
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across product management, engineering, design, marketing, sales and other teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and business goals
• Hire, develop and build a high-performing team of product managers and designers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive performance and professional growth
• Identifying and improving key outcomes and supporting KPIs
• Stay ahead of industry trends, monitoring the competitive landscape and leveraging insights to differentiate products in the market
